*spoiler free* Wow. Elizabeth captured so many real emotions in this book. Not only do we get the best friends dynamic of Sarah and Brianna, but Elizabeth did an amazing job at capturing family dynamics as well. The Unwritten Rule is a true to life book, that will bring out real life feelings as you read it.

TRUE! that's what this book means to me. This book describes "You can't help who you fall in love with" to the T. I love it. I could relate to this story personally because it's almost exactly what happened in my life. It's a great book to read so that you understand the meaning behind " The heart wants what it wants."

This book's idea is: Sarah likes Ryan who is Brianna's boyfriend, but Ryan really likes Sarah who is Brianna's best friend. So this book is about the love triangle between Brianna, Ryan and Sarah and is really sweet because we see the struggle Sarah has to stay away from Ryan for her friend' sake!
Ryan was that guy no one really saw as the most handsome boy in eight grade. But Sarah has always had a crush on him, ever since he asked her to go to the dance with him in eight grade.
