Don't get me wrong... The Notebook is probablly my favorite love story of all time. I have read it several times and I have seen the movie more times than I can count. I am a firm believer that the book is always better than the movie BUT in this case....I have to say that I liked the movie more. I loved this book. With a bittersweet plot, boundless imagination and strong strokes of mixed emotions, this is one of the best book written by Nicholas Sparks. This is a deeply moving story with lashes of emotions and feelings of Noah and Ally expressed in terms of words that held a magic in itself. True love lasts forever... A sentiment amazingly expressed and well written.

this book was amazing!! not since Twilight have a read a complete book cover to cover in less than a day. i dont know why i out this book off for so long! cant wait to see the movie and compair now. im not typically into chick books/movies, but this story or true, deep and passionate love and romance made me weak in the knees!!!

I don't know if I liked this book or not. I don't even know why I gave it 3 stars.
You see, I loved the first chapter and the last one. but everything in between was kinda... ridiculous, silly, too melodramatic &extremely BORING.
