Yeah! I finally found time to read a book! I'm so behind...but I digress.
I hadn't read the previous book (Night Embrace, I think) for a while, so it took me a bit to get up to speed on the lexicon of the Dark Hunters again. But, it didn't take too long, and soon I was distracted by Zarek, anyway.
This book did slow down in the middle...well, the action part of the plot did. With so much sex, I was beginning to wonder where the bad guys went! But they returned with a vengeance, bringing with them ...more

Zarek and Astrid.....*crying* I loooooved this story.
