This is not my first reading of The Da Vinci Code - I re-read it so that I could pass it along to my teenage daughter. (I couldn't remember how graphic it was... not as bad as I thought).
I still love the story, the detail and research are great, though the historical connections can get a little tedious at times (especially if I'm tired when I'm reading). It'll be interesting to see my daughter's reaction to the book, having been raised Protestant 8-).

I am always in awe of authors whose minds work the way Dan Brown's does with this book. I wouldn't even know where to begin to write a story interwoven with history and mathematics! This was not only very clever, but pure genius! I thought it was thoroughly entertaining and my ADD brain LOVED the short (yet stuffed with info and events) chapters!
