Clare has the talent of making you trust a person completely and then turning the whole story around on you. It is amazing. She draws me in and then plucks at my heartstrings. I thoroughly enjoyed all of the characters and their variety of personalities. Although at first I didn't like Jace (shame on me, I know) he grew on me as I learned more about his past and how his mind worked. Despite being paranormal, Cla ...more

This book was very positive surprise. It had everything a good fantasy book needs: good plot, cool characters, love, lot of action, magic creatures and surprises. Can't wait to read the next Cassandra Clare's book!
