There really aren't enough words to describe the way this installment of the BDB series has made me feel.

This was such a beautiful story. A story about emptiness and heartache and the ability to overcome and move on. I know this book has a different feel than the other brothers' but it works! I felt that so many questions were answered for me. The reveals were fabulous. There are still many questions that I have, but I know that those will be the meat and potatoes for future books! LOL

I just love this series so much! I was writing a review earlier and for some reason it goes erased!

I finally finished this book today and I am very sad it has ended because now I have to wait for the next in the series! I love the world J.R. pulls you into and how real it all seems. This book brought a tear or two out of me at some parts with John and Xhex and Qhuinn and Blay. I love Qhuinn and Blay and I would really love to see them together. This series by the WARDen is so much more than I expected. I didn't want to read any other books. I loved the story of JM and Xhex as well as Zadist and Bella! I am looking forward to the Qhuay interaction. I think it was very hard for Qhuinn to admit what he feels. What will happen with Layla so interesting! I think the scribe virgin who ain't no virgin is getting ready to have a really hard existence with no one left on the other side. I have to find out when the next book will be out. ...more

Do I even have to say how absolutely amazing this was. Butch maybe my Hellren, and Z's book I have re-vamped alone about 5 times, this BOOK... was simply AMAZING. I cannot wait to re-vamp it.

The story, the history... and the lead up to what could possibly be in the future. Its just AMAZING.

I absolutely love 'Lover Mine'. I couldn't wait to read John's story. He is by far my favorite character (I would say brother, but he is not a brother yet). I don't know where JR Ward is going with the next book, IF there is a next book (which I hope there is). My heart goes out to Blay and Quinn. I really love those two. ...more
