The storyline is getting a little weird, but its interesting.
This is my favorite book of the series to date. Butch, while just as tough as the members of the Brotherhood, has a soft, teddy-bear side from the beginning - and we really get to see it in this story.
He and Marissa are kind of the anti-Wrath/Beth. She's a vamp, he's a human; she's refined, he wants to be better for her. It's a nice change from the other books. I loved this book, and Butch is my Hellren, without a doubt
I must say it is very hard to get yourself on my superstar self. Congrats JR Ward.! This series is really an excellent read its fast paced and drama filled just when you think your heart is crushed it all comes back full circle.
