I liked the storyline, and the characters- but the writing was horrid.

If you are my friend-let's talk about this before you read this. This book is definitely for adults. There is some language, and s material. I would not recommend this to anyone who is uncomfortable with any of this content at all. I read this as many of my friends read it and have told me what a great series this is. I'm not planning on reading the rest of the series. Believe me, I'm not one who's ever read romance or plans to read romance novels at all.

At was used to reading First Person POV's so when I first read this book, I was like what is up with this? I thought I'd be confused because there were so many POV's.

I enjoyed reading this book, although it is a bit more graphic than I am used to. The love story was stronger than the intense parts so tht was enough to keep me interested. I'm excited to read the second book now.

Okay, I'm kind of cheating - this is definitely a re-read. But the universe, the hot characters, the great plot are all wonderful enticements and encouragements to get me working on my own writing.
The writing is so good that I have to really force myself not to get lost in the story. I'm trying to look at the words, the structure of the writing, to see what I can learn, but instead I end up at Wrath's mercy, once again. *sigh*

Okay finished the whole series in two weeks. LOVED me the brothers! They are quick read books that I just devoured. I will be rereading them again soon. Just need to get the insiders guide and my collection is complete!
