To be honest, I'd probably give this 2.75 stars. I think the concept of the story itself is good but the writing was not. It took me way too long to get through what should be an easy read. Additionally, I did not like all the "southern" talking. Some of it was just not correct and it was overused.

It was a decent read and to be fair it may be that I am just too OLD to read this one. It was sweet but not the kind of book you can't live without. I was hoping for something a little more Y/A not a tween read.
