Yup, another reread - but I had research a story I was working on... 8-)
I've never read Wuthering Heights, but if this book is any indication, I think it'd be a tough read. The frustration of Bella's waffling between Edward and Jacob is painfully drawn out. But, unfortunately, it's in this book that Bella acts more like a true teenage girl. So as irritated as I am at her, I understand her motivations.

I loved, loved this book. I hated the fact that I had to wait for it to be released. It was torture. Once I did get to read it though, I wasn't disappointed. From start to finish I couldn't put this book down, and wanted it to last much longer than it did. Stephenie Meyer creates a world that seems almost real, and characters that I can't help loving. March 2016 - I think Bella is one of the most selfish literary characters ever. She is right up there with Catherine from Wuthering Heights is an apt comparison. That book was a parallel for a reason, but probably not what I got from it.
January 2007 It was well written. I have not reread it yet and might like it on subsequent readings. However, I ended up really disliking Jacob Black by the end of it. I plan on reading it again and seeing how i feel.

I loved this one just as much as the first one. The story is kind of a rollercoaster on this one and it's a lot more exciting and more action to it. I really enjoyed it and can't wait for the fourth book!!!
