I wanted to like this book more than I did. But Clara is a difficult protagonist to get behind as she isn't telling her reasons for her behaviors - something happened in NY, but we don't know what yet. Then there were some editing errors that bothered me - in a conversation the timing of events were incorrect. (view spoiler)
