Its thrilling, and dangerous, filled with action, dread, sadness, passion, love, and leaves you hanging at the end of this wonderful book. At first Katniss doesn't think much of Peeta Mellark; but he has always thought about her. Quite unexpected. Of course I had seen the movie three times before I read the book but I was really suprised that I enjoyed this book. I'm normally not a fan of the dystopian, post apocalyptic type novels but I enjoyed this one. I wouldn't say that this is my favorite book by any stretch and I'm not a die hard hunger games fan but I can see what the hype is about. Teenage readers, girls specifically, are not stuck with a typical, boring mary sue protaganist that they are stuck with in every oth
