[close] The Kite Runner is told in such a way that you think the narrator, Amir's story, is a true one with its many twists and turns. I know I enjoyed this story of a boy's adventures in Afghanistan with his best friend Hassan as the two ran kites down the streets of Kabul.

Absolutely incredible. I could relate to this book on so many levels, especially since I know Farsi, I was able to understand more things in the story.
