Such a great start to a new series! I have to say, the idea really roped me in, and I was pleased with the overall development of the story.
I like Evie's friendship with Max, and am curious to found out how things go for him.
I liked Evie's guys well enough, but I didn't feel like we spent enough time with them. I'm looking forward to further interactions.

First read this book in an anthology. Really good first book published by a new author. Definitely one to watch.
