I'm really starting to like this series. I read this series a long time ago but decided to do a re-read and I'm glad I did. I forgot why I liked this series. The bad thing about reading so much is that you forget the stories that you haven't touched in awhile, this was one of them for me. Thankfully while reading I reconnected with the story and my emotions came all back. I like this story and I like these characters. Zara Wolf is one lucky wolf. I can't wait to read more about this series.

Holy moly, what a great follow-up to Pack Ebon Red by C.M. Stunich! Once I started this book I could not put it down (helped improve my day since my flight was delayed and I had to be in the airport an extra 4 hours unexpectedly). In Book 2 of the Seven Mates of Zara Wolf, we get to learn more about the war that is brewing between the different paranormal factions. 5 STARS! LOVED IT!!

The second book of "the seven mates of Zara Wolf" was so good!!
I liked the first book and gave it 4,3 stars. I didn't love it, but started the second book, and it blew me away!!
You get to know the characters so much more in this book. I like how the bonds between Zara and all her mates are forming.

Loved Zara Wolf!

I loved Zara wolf! I'm so tired of reading stories where the MC is scared and naive. She is strong, intelligent and fearless. I also enjoyed the world building and the shifter development. I wish she would learn to use her magic better and I'm sure it will be coming in the next book. Looking forward to pack obsidian gold! ...more

Pack Violet Shadow is the second book in the series and it’s better than the first one. I loved this book. In this book Zara is juggling seven mates while trying to find the missing pack members. I liked the way the relationship progressed in the book, not only between Zara and her mates, but also between the guys. I could not put this book down. It really is a fantastic book I can not wait for the next one.

Pack Violet Shadow may very well be my favorite C.M Stunich book yet. It was absolutely fantastic. In this book, Zara gets closer to her mates, makes friends(ish) with the most unlikely of Numinous, and begins her journey to bring back magic to her people. Freakin' amazeballs!

I seriously didn't think this book could be better than the first one...but it was! OMG, it really was! I have so fallen in love with this series! All the characters are so perfect...even the secondary characters are phenomenol.
There was so much excitement and risk me awareness and sex in this book. It was everything you could want! I'm so glad this is set to be a nice long series! Can't wait to read "Pack Obsidian Gold"! ...more
