My heart is broken in the most hauntingly beautiful way. Just finishing Groupie by C M Stunich I find myself sitting in such raw emotions it’s hard to find words to explain them. As one never short of words, this is not a normal occurrence.

Wow. I loved this story. The characters were so real. We all have at least a little pain inside of us, but sometimes it's too difficult to put pain into words. Stunich does an exemplary job of bringing the characters' pain, sorrow, and despair to life. From fresh wounds and healing scabs to old scars, each character has their own suffering that calls to each other, bringing this decidedly broken group of people together. I stumbled upon this series and I will happily stumble upon the other two books IMMEDIATELY lol
This is not for the faint of heart or those who have sensibilities easily disturbed. That is my only warning for you folks.
There is some serious steam in this story. There are 3 guys I loved right away, 1 I have a love/hate relationship with and another who I'm patiently waiting to have his come-to-jesus moment haha Did I mention they all happen to be rockstars?

I normally wouldn't read a book like this, but this is the second time I've read through it. Honestly, I really like this series. It's gritty and explicit, but the heart of the series is that they're all broken people and find solace in each other. Is this realistic? No, probably not. I certainly can only handle one man in my life, lol. But it's a fun series and each character has their own personalities that are very interesting to get to know. If a reverse harem is not your thing, don't bother
