This book tore me up. And I'm not that easy to tear up. Yet...tore up in a good way. Let me explain...
The dedication demonstrated by the police departments to take down this serial rapist of little girls (a real life bogeyman) was incredibly moving to read about. I guess I never really though hard enough about the impact investigating these types of violent crimes would have on our officers and their families. Its profoundly brought to light ...more
