What Members Thought
Larry Welch is a very respected figure among the Kansas law enforcement community. Beyond Cold Blood is a down to earth chronology of the Kansas Bureau of Investigation. This book highlights the inception of the bureau and moves along to touch on some of the agency's biggest cases. I was especially interested in the chapter on Sheriff Matt Samuels.
