What a great read!
I must say I was a little hesitant to read City of Angels as I loved the Mortal instrument series and I just did not want to be disappointed.
I could not have been more wrong!
The book has everything Cassandra's previous books have. Action, great characters, a little romance and some amazing twists and turns.

I really enjoyed Simon's development throughout CoFA and some insight into Izzy- a character who I wasn't that fond of until now- however I did feel a bit dissapointed in the ending. After reading CoG, in my head I had a high standard that I dont think CoFA reached. For me this books main "baddy" didn't compare to Valentine- the sophisticated cunning, evil genius who I loved to hate. Overall, and enjoyable read. Gotta live Simon. Suprisingly, I found Jace a bit annoying in this one. He was all...weak and mushy and meh =/

Really wasn't up to the same quality as the other books. It had it's funny moments but all together quite I disappointment I found.

First 2/3s are slow but the last 1/3 makes up for it! And the ending! OMG! Clare really knows how to leave ya hangin'!
