Clary looks nice. I mean, this is the only book-movie in which I am depending more on the plot and less on the characters. Lets see.

I am inlove with this book. It is almost my favorite book, or maybe even that. It is written so fantastically, involving all sorts of creatures, but all having their own story. Everything you thought you know about werewolves, vampires, giants and shadow hunters is all twisted and new surprises are brought in. I would give this book more than five stars if possible.

I loved this first installment of the Mortal Instruments series. I can't believe I left this book until now to read. Yet, at the same time I'm so glad I did. Now I have the opportunity to read straight through the series and not have to wait a year for the next installment.

City of Bones centers of Clary, a teenage redhead who, on the opening scene of the novel, witnesses a group of people only she can see murder a boy in the middle of her favorite club. The people are known as Nephilium, half human half angel but in the novel they are given the name Shadowhunters, as it’s their duty to “kill” demons. OK now this story sounds more like Buffy than a fairytale but the truth is it’s not like either.

Cassandra's Schreibstil ist einfach umwerfend. Man mag das Buch nicht mehr aus der Hand legen bis auch die letzte Seite gelesen ist. Ich freue mich schon sehr heute Abend das nächste Buch anzufangen.

eh the book was great dont get me wrong its just comparing this book to the last book is kinda a stretch...
This had taken its place on my bookshelf as my favorite series, I have ever read!
