By far, Dead to the World was my favorite Sookie Stackhouse novel. On her way home from work, Sookie spots a half-naked man running through the woods. It turns out to be Eric, who has recently had his memory removed. Sookie finds it extremely hard to resist this new, insecure yet beautiful Eric.
I loved this new Eric. He wasn't conceited like he normally is and he was really sweet. I would've had a hard time resisting him too.
