What Members Thought
This is a novella length Amish characters cosy mystery book. I enjoyed the straight mystery with no murder taking place. Seasonally themed for Christmas this book had all the charm you could ask for plus a candy shop filled with Christmas candies,falling snow and a fun candy cane exchange.
A fun plot and characters I enjoyed getting to know.
I look forward to reading the rest of the books in this series.

A very cute cozy novella that is totally a feel good happy read.
Set in a small town at Christmas time, the story revolves around Charlotte, a young girl trying to decide if she wants to stay in the Amish community or not. She takes up the task of coordinating candy cane exchanges in the village as a fundraiser activity, collecting notes and attaching them to candy canes to be given to the recipients. She comes across a few notes addressed to her and wonders who her secret friend is.
