I had a hard time keeping interest in this book, the first half I felt was a bit boring and paid too much attention to mundane details that did nothing for the story. It only "picked up" when Duff and especially Pauline came into the picture but only because I was infuriated and yelling at the book calling Hadley a moron, and Pauline and Earnest some other choice words. Seriously what was with Hadley? I reacted more to her husband's infidelity than she did, I couldn't even sympathize for her, al ...more
