Game of Thrones by Martin is a lush read with numerous character and all are well crafted..Saw the mini series and quite good, but the book is excellent..great read. However, I did not read the rest of the series due to time constraints and other books that had caught my interest.

I've seen all three seasons of the show so I was not surprised, but am glad I finally read this one. I think having watched the show it makes it easier to keep track of characters because I have a visual. I am going to re-watch Season One to see how much was cute out. I do plan on reading the others soon! ...more
