It took me several months to get through this book, although I really did enjoy most of it. The only parts that I was not interested in reading was Catelyn Stark's chapters. My favorite to read was Tyrion's chapters; I found his character to be really likeable. Sansa's chapters also were interesting to read. The storyline between her and Joffrey is pretty entertaining (although I am up to date on the show so I know the outcome of it).

From the moment I began this series I knew I was hooked. I took some time off from savoring the story for a multitude of reasons, savoring each word and plot twist. One of those true original masterpieces that readers go to to immerse inside a story and characters so vivid and alive they seem to be flesh and blood people you have known The next chapter awaits, and to think I have 4 other volumes to go before I can await book 6.
