La premessa non é male: in questo ristorante che non si trova facilmente, ci si recano le persone che vogliono rivivere il sapore di un piatto associato a qualche tipo di ricordo. Il ristorante é giapponese e si trova a Kyoto e spesso e volentieri io non avevo idea di quale fosse l'ingradiente che faceva la differenza, ma io non sono esperta di cucina giapponese. Il libro é breve e si fa leggere un po' come se fosse uno di quelli della serie di "Un caffé etc.etc." perché alla fine sono gli odori
