A strange little book that reminded me quite a bit of Haruki Murakami. I enjoyed the simple writing style and the musings on the world and the meaning of life. The author starts from an interesting premise--that the devil will grant a terminally ill person an extra day of life for each thing the person agrees to remove from the world.
