Who killed Maali Almeida? No-one on Earth is going to work it out so it's up to Maali from the afterlife. This is a great premise and it is carried out really well. I found the story a bit hard to follow (possibly because I was reading on my phone which is never great). It is fairly dark but still fairly funny. 3.5 stars ...more
