What Members Thought
Loved the bees and making of honey. Loved the characters. Picoult knows how to bring readers into the story and make the characters real. Some difficult, controversial topics within...a bit of a surprise...but handled carefully. I walked away from the book with a much broader understanding of lots of topics. Interesting read, though not always easy reading because of the somewhat difficult areas covered.
Great book. I enjoyed the back and forth between the two point of views, and how each time it revealed another piece of information to unravel the mystery. I wasn’t too thrilled with the end and the last few chapters, but I didn’t hate it either. Overall, a good read that is definitely recommended.
