This was a wonderfully diverting book with just the right balance of zany characters and situations with real heart and something to say about death in our society. I liked this the best of the Christopher Moore books I've read (which include Lamb: The Gospel According to Biff, Christ's Childhood Pal, Practical Demonkeeping, and The Stupidest Angel: A Heartwarming Tale of Christmas Terror).
