Overall I liked this book. I really liked the character of Marie Laurie because not many books have a blind person as a main character and show a person of disability is a realistic light. I enjoyed her story very much. The story of Werner and Jutta wasn't as clear. Although, I did like Jutta. The book was broken up into eleven parts or I guess they could have been chapters. Then you had titled sections in those parts. The transition between characters was confusing. I had a hard time following
