What Members Thought
I love books that take seemingly dry topics and reveal the riveting stories behind them. Mukherjee has written nothing less than a biography of cancer. He takes the reader from tumors found in mummies in Ancient Peru to the modern age of cancer treatments and reveals that although for centuries mankind has been claiming that we are just a few decades away from a "cure" for cancer, a true cure still remains out of reach.
