I still don't understand how it is I had never heard of this book until recently. Blew me away. Well written and paced, and full of the power and danger of both books, and a world of no books. Which, as time passes, does become a more frightening idea. Get the children not just reading books, but loving them, and then maybe the world will still turn out ok. ...more

Best dystopian book ever! I really had to think a lot about this book and the parallels to today. I think it connected more with me because of the book burnings.
