After hearing so much about this series and the cliffhangers it has, I am really happy that i bought both this and The Hunger Games at the same time. I read them back to back and now I’m just dying for the third and last installment of this amazing trilogy.

Catching Fire was a great follow up to the Hunger Games. The minute you think Katniss and Peeta are free from the Capitol, you're wrong! The twists are crazy and it was definitely a page turner. But, I must say I still kind of prefer the Hunger Games. The beginning of the book was a little slow. I guess as a fan of Suzanne's writing I was anticipating the action, which surfaced around the middle of the book. However, their were times I'm glad they mentioned parts of the Hunger Games which helped ...more
