This book was interesting, well-crafted, and unique. I thoroughly enjoyed the read. However, I am incredibly disappointed in the publisher recommending this book for 10 years and up. Just because the writer is authoring at a fifth grade reading level does NOT mean the material is appropriate for a 10 year old. There were some graphic, sexual, and violent scenes in this book that were hard for ME to read. I would say 15 at the youngest. Having said that--if you like fairy tales, this is a fantast ...more
