I must say that I enjoy Ms. Flynn's style of writing. I enjoy being taken from the present to the past to figure out the mystery.
While this tale was not quite as exciting as Gone Girl, it still held my interest and kept me guessing until the very end. If you like a mystery that keeps you saying, "Oh, he did it!" then "No she did it" you will enjoy Dark Places. ...more

great insight into the workings of the human mind and her characters and very flawed, but somehow likable
