How can Gillian Flynn not come from a working class family that went on the county from time to time, had great regard for alcohol and none for bill collectors? Like mine. But, no. I'm reading the Gillian Flynn books in published order as some youtube book reviewers have recommended. I really enjoyed this one. I've also read sharp objects by the same author. It's hard to say which I like better there were aspects of this I liked over Sharp Objects and the reverse for others.

Libby Day is trying to solve the mystery of her family's murder twenty four years earlier. Initially she is simply trying to make money, but ultimately gets sucked into the mystery and desperation to decide if it was truly her brother responsible or not.
