Another dark, chilling and what-the-heck am I reading book from Gillian Flynn. She writes murder and mayhem so well that you can't put her books down even when you're wondering how you can want more of this stuff. I loved the writing style shifts from past to present in this one. Even at the end, I'm not sure why but it sure was entertaining.

Funny story; apparently I read this book before in 2016 and forgot that I read it. I forgot pretty much everything about it, to the point that the final reveal at the end didn’t even occur to me and surprised me all over again! Which is pretty great, tbh, because I got to experience it all over again for a second time.

Libby Day is trying to solve the mystery of her family's murder twenty four years earlier. Initially she is simply trying to make money, but ultimately gets sucked into the mystery and desperation to decide if it was truly her brother responsible or not.

This book I needed to get to the end to fall in love with it. For about 3/4 of the book, I couldn't figure out why every one loved it so much, lol. I really enjoyed it a lot though!
