I really wanted to like this book. I will start by freely admitting that I recognize the biggest reason that I found it annoying was because of it's somewhat similar parallel to my own life. My current husband, whom I have been married to for 7 years now, I have known for over 20 years. We dated 3 different times during that period, married other people, and finally figured out that we were supposed to be together.
