A little slow starting for me, but I think that was just because the first bit was talking about the events of Inside Out. Which to someone who hadn't read the first book recently that would be fine, but as I had only finished that book not that long ago it made the story creep along. I just wanted to get into the action of it. And when the action did start I was engrossed in it. I was left just as confused as Trell, I didn't know who was telling the truth and who wasn't.

I didn't have high expectations for this one based on the rating it received. I was expecting just another 4 star read like the first of the series. As it turns out I loved this book. Especially the last half of it. It was so full of energy and emotions that I had a hard time dealing with it all.

I was a little nervous starting this book after glancing over some of the reviews, however I really liked this book.
Great book 2, really liked the story, and we see more of each of the characters. Trella is less disconnected, and I liked the ideas for rearranging society at the end, hope it works!
