I think that sentence is a good description for this book - collateral damage. Rose is still her brash and unapologetic self and she's leaving devastation everywhere she goes. It's another book with little Lissa until near the end and almost no Lissa and Christian. It's the same frustration I've had through the whole series - I don't like Rose.

What a great series! Kudos to Ms. Richelle Mead! I really really enjoy reading this from beginning to end. Rose and Dimitri forever.
