A friend advised me to read this book quickly. I did not but having finished would recommend reading it quickly. The first part was a 3 the second was a 4, if I had read quickly would have been a 4 instead of 3.5.
A friend advised me to read this book quickly. I did not but having finished would recommend reading it quickly. The first part was a 3 the second was a 4, if I had read quickly would have been a 4 instead of 3.5.
Hmm... interesting. A little... on your nose, every now and then, and... uh... "I know I'm different" or what it was. A bit too wobbly on the MC not knowing enough, and knowing more than she reasonably could. And in keeping the reader informed, and not letting us know enough. But I liked it, all in all.

The Maid is a frustrating and painful mystery novel featuring a whimsical protagonist with Asperger Syndrome. Inept at interpreting nuanced human emotions and communication, the naively self-implicating Molly becomes the fall guy for a string of crimes.
