I got tingles when reading parts of this book, I was filled with hope when reading parts of this book....I truly hope Leigh Bardugo writes another Diana story for us all.
Princess Diana wants to prove herself and so she enters a race, but instead of finishing the race she goes where she is not suppose to and finds a girl in the water and saves her. Doing so proves bad for everyone as bad things starts happening to her people, there is only one way to stop it but it’s going to take all her braveness and skill to do so as the young girl is a Warbringer a direct descendant from Helen of Troy.

This is not actually a version of the movie but a different take on Diana -- she's younger, has more to prove, and does not meet an enticing guy. There are a few cuties, but her main concern are the friends she makes, and of course she looks to women for these friends. It's a good YA with a focus on friendship, with perks like an Amazon princess and a family of bazillionaires.
