The dialogue in this book is great, and the idea is, well, very relevant and almost creepy. I like the critique on social media dominating our lives and, at its extreme, taking over our lives and therefore replacing real life with a virtual reality. I would rate this zero stars if Goodreads would let me.
This author writes women as if he's never talked to one in his whole life. This is the summary of incel beliefs about women all wrapped up in one obnoxious verbose book. I honestly had to skim through the dialog and descriptions just to make it to the end... and the ending sucks.

Reminds me of The Firm, gloomy feel to it right from the start.
Really interesting story. Picked it up in advance of seeing the movie - definitely had a couple of turns I didn't see coming. I liked many of the characters.
