So..., this is another Arthurian retelling. It's been done before this and it has been done again since this one was written. This one, though, focuses on the women in the legend.
I have decided that I would much rather have been a woman from Avalon than one of the women in Arthur's court. I guess it's the idea of being educated and being more in tune with nature and the natural world that draws me more to this. Plus the whole idea of women being evil in their nature really, really annoys me.

I loved the first 3 books within this book. The final book was a bit tedious, but did have a fairly satisfying ending. Davina Porter rocks as a narrator, which made this an easy 50 hours of listening. :) This is the first Avalon/Prince Arthur book that I've read, and I'm already trying to figure out what I should read next in this genre.
