A very nice mystery. Adam Darling, a special agent and Deputy Sheriff Robert Haskell are both a study in contrast. Enjoyed their differences a lot.

The ending seems too abrupt. Wish there was a paragraph or 2 more to understand how they are going to make their future work.

Is it one book, is it a series? Argh. How many unfinished series can one author have?
I love Lanyon. Love her books, really. But I think there are like 5,6,+ unfinished series?
I'm not sure my heart can handle another pair of detectives finding their way through some case and also finding they are in love.
Sam Kennedy popped up in this book, and sadly I couldn't remember which detective he was or from which book!!!!! (and um I read his book like 2 weeks ago)
All I'm saying is this... Josh, I love
