Well, this was ... underwhelming.
I have never been a fan of this series -- there is something in Will and Taylor relationship that just makes me feel indifferent about them. But, I loved the previous book (the only one in the series that I gave 4-stars to), so I was hoping that this one was going to be good as well. Alas, it was just blah.
The beginning was slow and boring -- I was tired with the same ol' issues between the two guys. Then there was this plot with the WITSEC guy, conflict ...more

**Review of Audio Version**
I bought the ebook version of this installment, the 5th part in Lanyon's Dangerous Ground series, but I noticed it was on sale on Audible so picked up the audio version as well, and ended up listening to it before reading it.

This had everything I hoped for in the next DG installment. We get to see Will & Taylor during some downtime, but there's plenty of action too. I loved meeting Will's dad & brother and seeing where he came from and the difficulties that come with blending your first family with your new family - especially with the added element of coming out.

Listened to the audio of this one today. Yeah, the narrator does grow on you after a while. :D

another fun adventure with Will and Taylor. the way it ends makes it seem like there will be more stories. I hope so! the narration was pretty good. I don't like the voice used for Will. it's pretty monotone so his dialogue lacks feeling.

Excellent job of narration by Adrian Bisson.
