4.5 stars.

What a refreshing read. Unique in its own way, especially in the sea of M/M Romance CopCrime novels. Wonderful characters with an exciting, and interesting plot, that never had page after page of personal reflection of studying of some obscure dental records of an ex-con to discover who-dun-it. First off I want to say I absolutely enjoyed reading this story. I thought Dino and Seth together was comical and adorable. I was laughing throughout the book and I just wanted the story to go on forever with their banter.

There was a slight issue I had with the book which was I thought it could have focused more on Dino's PI work instead of his and Seth's budding relationship. It didn't really feel like a balance story of both that I wanted. Nonetheless it was a great read.

I loved Dino and Seth. Really loved that they were friends and slowly moved to becoming lovers.
We as readers get to know Dino and Seth grows on us.

I am very curious to know what happens in the next book.
