A very emotional short story about the unrequited love. Beautifully written and thought out. The characters come alive from the first page. Lanyon doesn't mess around. I like that. Usually, I need more time to develop feelings for my MCs, but found myself involved and caring from the beginning. Plus, it hit too close home. I can’t find the right words to describe how much I loved Perfect Day. This is… wow. The first time I’ve read this short story, it rendered me speechless. I’ve reread this many times since and I still feel the same way about it. I don’t think I’ll get tired of rereading it… or hearing it. A very sweet story. Graham and Wyatt are camping when Wyatt tells Graham that he loves him during a particularly intimate moment. The problem? A masterpiece from a master author. Really, it required someone with so much skill to convey so much stories in less than 30 pages.

We get the entire history of the MCs without feeling awkward, without it being a pace killing info dump, and, again, all done with less than 30 pages.

The emotion this book will wroth from you will be more and stronger than many books you have read.
