What Members Thought

I find this series absolutely delightful!
The fact that Sean is so troubled (but extremely sharp-eyed about his flaws) and more than a little harsh towards himself, made the journey very interesting indeed. It was fascinating to get to follow his line of thought and at the same time to feel all the strong emotions he felt. I’ve always admired Josh Lanyon’s skill to write so beautifully and I thought that The Dark Horse and The White Knight had some of the most touching and ravishing scenes and de ...more

I hate flashbacks! So thats why it's still not one of my favorites because you want to know what happened to him and we go back how all begun.
Also I need to shelf it under amnesia(there are not a lot books there^^;).
Sean is filming Renauls The Charioteer, like he wanted to but there is an accident on the set, where he hits his head and forgot something really important about his relationship with Dan. Dan flys in to investigate why Sean seems to be threatened and by who.

Did I ever say that I love all Josh Lanyon's work?
Yes, I love all Josh Lanyon's work. ^^
The White Knight is sequel and prequel of The Dark Horse. Confuse? Don't be!
If you haven't read The Dark Horse, you better read The White Knight first. That's will help you to get into the story.
In this book, I like Mr. Lanyon's story-telling, kinda challenging.
With back and forth plot, different POV each time line, might get you confuse but then again Josh Lanyon is a story telling Master!

I think The Dark Horse required a sequel/prequel. I just didn't really expect them to be one and the same. There were some confusing moments, I am not really sure why parts of the story were in third person, but it was a very nice beginning to and continuation of The Dark Horse.
